Path is the simple and private way to share life with close friends and family. Capture life’s moments in photo or short video, make your moments beautiful with lenses, share with a small group of close friends & family, have intimate conversations, and be yourself on the simple and private network you can trust. When Path approached us with the idea of building their app on the BlackBerry platform using BBM, we jumped at the opportunity and created version 1.0 of the BlackBerry app that runs on BlackBeryy OS 5.0 and higher. We also created a BlackBerry Playbook app using BlackBerry Webworks SDK. This project involved stretching the development capabilities of the BlackBerry platform in order to get the finish and polish similar to Path’s iOS App. Here is a blog post on the advanced BlackBerry features we had to use to work on Path’s app.
